Non-3D FPV Phone Goggles

Does anyone know of any non-3D goggles that will hold a phone as the screen?
I would like the goggles partly for aerial WiFi reception.
However, I would also like to put a hole in the goggles for using the phone's camera so that I can compensate for vision impairment.

Although difficult to find on an internet search, there are quite a few 2D goggles out there designed for viewing using the phones camera with prices in a range up to nearly $3,000. Of course, you can still use them for WiFi.
